What I Do

Commercial

I deal primarily with the leasing and sale of all types of commercial property including retail, industrial warehouse, labour accomodations and office spaces. Clients I represented include Barclays Bank, City Bank, Shell, Gillette, Lucent, among otthers.

Property Management

I manage all type of residential & commercial portfolios for single & bulk units, buildings, villas, townhouse, offices, warehouses, labor & staff accommodations, etc. I am dedicated to ensuring that the value of assets held by our clients is enhanced through maximizing rental income and capital returns.

Residential

I deal with the sale and leasing of apartments, houses and other types of residential property. Offering full advice for Landlords and Sellers regarding positioning property to meet the market requirements. My primary objective is to ensure that all property are marketed ethically and professionally.
