Our leasing team provides a comprehensive service, both to those looking to lease a home and to landlords looking for tenants. Trained to the highest international standards of property management, we can save our clients time and trouble. By focusing on key residential areas in Dubai, we have an in-depth knowledge of an area's facilities, and an awareness of current rental prices at market rates, to ensure that both tenants and landlords are pleased.

We also advise and assist in buying and selling of residential property, including off-plan, resale and freehold sales.

We will guide our clients through all the aspects of the sales process. We begin by establishing a client's property and location requirements, whether it's a villa in Mirdif or an apartment in Dubai Marina. We then assist our client in obtaining the best financing options to match their requirements and circumstances. After sourcing an appropriate property, we conduct the necessary searches, deeds, titles, authorisations, and tenancy requirements where necessary.

We will negotiate and finalise contracts and financing on behalf of our clients, and organise DEWA transfer and calculate service charges and rent refunds, before handing over keys and all relevant paperwork.
